Prime Unit Sketch
Like any comics reading kid I made up plenty of my own superhero characters. Some of them I drew over and over again. I drew this sketch (and inked in manga studio) based on some sketches. I had originally imagined this group as “Liberty Squad” but wow, go figure! that’s been used. In fact “Liberty” and “Squad” have each been used in conjunction with a lot of words for superhero comics.

James Turner had a contest back in the Spring of 2008 — he wrote a script for his comic, Beaver & Steve and then let everyone have a crack at drawing it. So what the heck I took a go at it. I didn’t win, but I thought I did a decent job with it.
